GTA Vice City Problems (spoilers inside)

Does anyone know of any patches i have 2 problems so far.

1) sometimes when i walk the guy spins round and round, even with an RC helicopter... but not in a car.

2) sounds is b0rked :(

anyone else had any other problems and or know solutions?

those bikes are bloody good fun

1. Do u have any devices with a throttle? I had a similar problem with splinter cell.

2. update ya soundcard drivers, or turn eax off in the game ?

i dont have the game yet so these are just guess's ;)
