Make sure you are friends with the GMG (Gas miners guild) Then goto Gas Miner Naha in sigma-13 and you can buy them there for 120k each, they are class 9 :)

Alternativly you could go to Gas Miner Naha in Sigma-13 and purchase 2 off Umbrella Corporation at 50k for one or 75k for two.

Or simply go there kill all the umbrella wielding maniacs, larf a bit, then go kill some GMG and pick up their weapons :)
