We are currently sorting the dates for FBL-7; but expect it to be early August. There actually isn't any times before then that isnt either really close to another LAN or that are appropiate for us!
We are also in the process of sorting details for a new series of smaller LAN's. The FBL-Px series (beginning with FBL-P1) will see FBL return to our original home at Padworth for some great smaller events (Probably capped at 25 or so) in the traditional FBL style! Signups would be initially opened to anyone who had attended an FBL event in the past - and then opened up to all for the remainder. Expect details on this soon!
FBL is also providing the LAN infrastructure for an invite only event in July - and we are even in discussions for providing network infrastructure for a LAN in manchester!
So there's quite a lot in the pipeline; expect some final dates for both LAN's sometime soon after i15!
:D

wow wp giles.
all of that sounds great. i have been speaking to my dad and he seems willing to try and aquire some sun equipment for certain this time and of course I would be willing to help out to get these events underway.
a little dissappointed about it having to be early august, but if thats how it has to be then I'm not going to object. more time to get all the more excited :D.
but congrats on fblP series idea its gonna be cool.

FBL owns all....
That is all....
:D
Anarki: To save any confusion regarding what your dad may be able to kindly provide FBL, could you ask him what he could provide and on what terms etc....
Sponsorship from a company like Sun would be good for FBL overall- but we will need to know what we can get and what we have to do in return eg: Posters up and flyers....
Just see what you can find out. no rush.
If you would prefer to send a reply in private then PM me.
Cheers to you and your dad.

Boff bought his shuttle from OCUK; and had nothing but problems.
He ordered shuttle #3 from local pc shop in the end, which seems to be working.
Just a word of warning.
:)
