BugAlugs has just finished revision 7 of the seating plan. This is the penultimate revision, with the FINAL revision going live tomorrow night. Revision 7 takes into account all people paid by 19:00 on 10th March, and recent seating requests. Please note that we have not been able to action requests based on seating plans posted more than a few days ago, as the layout had already changed and hence they didn't really make much sense to the most recent plans.
If you have emailed in a request and have not had a response, please check the lateset revision and <a href="mailto:seating@multiplay.co.uk">resubmit</a> if necessary. Check out revision 6 <a href="http://www.multiplay.co.uk/seatplan.asp?eventid=20">here</a>.
We are now at the stage that it is extremely difficult to cater for anything more than minor requests for changes to the seating plan, i.e. anything more than reordering members within a clan or getting the odd one person sat as close as possible to their clan. As we no spaces left, there is literally no room to move on the plan. If you do have a request, please email it to <a href="mailto:seating@multiplay.co.uk">seating@multiplay.co.uk</a> giving as much information as you can, such as booking references.
<strong>NOTE TO CLANS</strong>: Please save poor Mr BugAlugs' sanity and have only <strong>ONE</strong> member from your clan submit the seating request for the clan (preferably the clan leader). We've had quite a few clans with multiple members sending in requests!
Only a few days to go and i15 is a sell out!
