Lik-Sang a company who specialise in all things to do with consoles eg modded consoles, controllers etc, have brought out a new widget that allows you to use your X-Box controller on your PC, for a rather cheap price of $12.50 plus shipping, even with UPS Prioty Shipping its only about £20.
It replaces the quick release portion of the controller lead and plugs into a USB port.
I have one of these puppies on order, and should have it before i-15, one thing I am keen to try on it is playing BF1942, to see how well it will work.
