7th March 2003 - a day to go down in UK gaming history!

WOOOP! It's official! We've just passed the 1000 participant barrier for i15! Not only is i15 the largest ever in the UK, but now it's the first ever 1000+ player LAN party too!

We've tried before, but finally we've got there. Many thanks to all of you attending for enabling us to reach this milestone in UK gaming history! Time for the now traditional "we won't rest on our laurels" statement :). We won't let you down, and fully intend to make i15 the absolute best event yet from Multiplay.

We do still have places left, but now we're over the 1000 they are dwindling rapidly!

If I knew there was going to be a prize for being the 1000'th player (or should it be payer) i'd waited till it got near the milestone :( (rather than paying WAY BACK in December). :p:

Yeah, a fairer way to do it would be....

When you arrive you recieve a ticket with a number on it, at the end of the event, a big tumbler of idential tickets with numbers on them should be mixed up and a number drawn out.

If the number drawn = number of the ticket you hold, you are the lucky 1000'th person and win a prize. Have a selection of prizes, and keep drawing out tickets till all the prizes have gone.

It wasn't the 1000'tth person who made the lan 1000 people, it was the 999 ppl before him/her :p:
