for sale

specification:

-xp1800 (never been over clocked)
-asus a7v333 motherboard with raid,fire wire, usb 2.0 etc etc
-256mb ddr 2700 (more available if required)
-cooler master atc 201 case with window , blue cold cathode light (damn sexy case origioanlly cost £150+)
-cooler master hard drive cooler (moded with drilled face plate)
-30 gig (iirc)
-soundblaster live 5.1 with front mounted live drive (with remote)
-cdrw (about 10x10x48 i think) (silver)
-48x CDrom (silver)
-zip 100 (silver)
-cannopus DV raptor (digital video capture/edit board) (retailed at £499, speak to me for info about it)
-ATI 9000 64mb graphics card
-3com 10/100 network card
-17" gateway monitor....it does its job (does 1280x1024 max)
-550watt power supply

visually the case is in good condition.
the live drive and DV raptor have caused me trouble in the past. (dv raptor needs premiere)

im seling this because its all been replaced by my shuttle
god knows how much this lot cost me origionally, and i know computers depreciate faster than lisa riley can eat a wedding cake, but im looking for offers of around £500

not in a desperate hurry to sell, but its a shortcut to my new TFT screen if i can sell it.

reduced to £400 as i want a TFT for i15or offers welcome on parts (not guaranteed to be accepted unless all parts sell)

Aint that the live drive I sold yah.. if so what sort of problems are you getting??

driver conflicts with the canopus i think, it oworked fine till i put that in, since i have had patchy sound and distortions in certtain aps

any way, because i want a 18/19" TFT by i15 if any one can pay £400 they can have the whole system. (ill throw in mouse and keyboard aswell)

i would ebay it, but i cba sending off the direct debit form that u need to be a trader on ebay...im just toooo lazy

sorry, to me its not worth it :(. if I was going to take advantage of the Raptor then maybe, but I wouldnt.

Parents & Grandad both looking for new machines.

Was little above what i was expecting to get for them but will ask anyway.

Dad only wants for NetMD (he has seen mine, and minimum spec is 400MHz - was looking for a 600MHz ish), and Grandad for Video Editing (his P2-450 no longer cuts it even with 512 RAM, but again was only looking to get a 1.2 ish)

Will ask anyway but dont hold much hope.
