Right,
Let's start taking orders now guys, and I can get them to you by i15.
Acceptable characters are:
All Numbers 0-9
All Letters A-Z
Special Characters & ( ) - / ' * @ + # ? = . £
PLEASE NOTE A 'SPACE' ON THE TAG IS A CHARACTER!
You can have up to 5 lines on the tag (minimum 1).
NO MORE THAN 14 CHARACTERS PER LINE
Prices start at £5.99 but the more of you that order, the further it goes down.
If you want a set, please e-mail me at catachan@multiplay.co.uk with your nickname, your wanted dogtag message (see above for details) and quantity (note: quantity of 1 is actually 2 dogtags).
The dogtags are high quality metal with proper edging, etc. -- No crap stuff for THIS clan :D
For continuity of tags across the clan, the first two lines will read as follows:
"NAME"
"MPUK BF1942"
Then 8 lines of your choice follow.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN BY MARCH 5TH
UPDATE: I've become good friends with this Dog Tag company, so they've now said we can have other text on the second dog tag for no extra cost.
This means you all have 8 lines free now for your own choosing./Update

I'm afraid it's only MPUK, unless you wish to order your own. I'm handling MPUK orders only (which are clearly teh l33t).

I seriosuly think that one of the fly boys / mantillary should have "Precision bombardment"
/me looks at afty
A while back Ryvita posted some quotes we were thinking about for some BFC clan shirtgs - they may help you decide...
----8<---
Sometimes I think war is God's way of teaching us geography."
Paul Rodriguez
"A slipping gear could let your M203 grenade launcher fire when you least expect it. That would make you quite unpopular in what's left of your unit"
Army's magazine of preventive maintenance.
"Aim towards Enemy"
Instruction printed on US Rocket Launcher
When the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is not our friend.
If it's stupid, but it works, it isn't stupid.
Cluster bombing from B-52s is very, very accurate. The bombs always hit the ground.
If the enemy is in range, so are you.
It is generally inadvisable to eject directly over the area you just
bombed.
Whoever said the pen is mightier than the sword obviously never
encountered automatic weapons.
Try to look unimportant, they may be low on ammo.
You, you, and you... Panic. The rest of you come with me.
Odd objects attract fire - never lurk behind one.
Incoming fire has the right of way.
Don't look conspicuous: it draws fire.
Tracers work both ways.
Five-second fuses only last three seconds.
Who cares if a laser guided 500lb bomb is accurate to within 9 feet?
The easy way is always mined.
Don't ever be the first, don't ever be the last, and don't ever
volunteer to do anything.
Never share a foxhole with anyone braver than you.
Bravery is being the only one who knows you're afraid.
If your attack is not going well, you have walked into an ambush.
If you can't remember, the Claymore is pointed towards you.
Teamwork is essential. It gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
Push to test... Release to detonate.
No combat ready unit has ever passed inspection.
Make it too tough for the enemy to get in, and you! can't g et out.
Any ship can be a minesweeper... once.
Never tell the Platoon Sergeant you have nothing to do.
The more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war.
Don't draw fire, it irritates the people around you.
The enemy invariably attacks on one of two occasions:
When you're ready for them.
When you're not ready for them.
Combat will occur on the ground between two adjoining maps.
Friendly fire - isn't.
The side with the simplest uniforms wins.
When you're short of everything but the enemy, you're in combat.
Mines are equal opportunity weapons.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, you didn't plan your mission
properly.

I thought i know its a bit too late now but one of the tags would be a default clan to like 'guarentee its officallness' and to make them seem like proper MPUK memrobelia. Will email you later Catachan with meh order but in ICT lesson atm and coursework needs to be in today. Only done 5 pages of the requested part
:p:
:p:
Catachan
28th February 2003, 12:18
Well the defining factor in the tags is that the first two lines of the first tag are always name followed by clan name.

Guys,
I've moved the deadline ahead slightly to THIS MONDAY. I need the extra time to get the custom orders sorted, and also because the dog tag company doing these have just received a large order, and that starts on the 5th, so if we nip in before then, we get started first and get our goods on time.
Therefore, please get your dog tag requests in to me by Monday AT THE LATEST, or you'll miss out on it.
Thanks.

since i pointed out the site i got a couple of them myself,
nice quality, but could do with some silver polish.
ordered friday @ 11
arrived saturday @ normal post
not bad service.
Catachan
1st March 2003, 14:19
Well if they're made the same way as proper military ones, they shouldn't be polished. Polish makes them shine, which means enemies could see them and sight their targets.

All orders have been made, and the company is now working on getting them done for us.
I will e-mail everyone who ordered with the amount they owe for their order. The total is just shy of £100, and I will be delivering to i15 for anyone who goes there, or arranging some other method for those who don't.
Look for an e-mail from me soon.
