The first draft of the i15 seating plan is up and ready for viewing! So begins the seating plan revision process, which will see it go through quite a few revisions before we arrive at the final plan on Sunday 9th March. We're aiming for a revision a night until then.
Please note that only paid participants are included on the plan. If you are a spectator or have yet to pay for your booking, you will not be placed on the seating plan. The deadline for payments and seating requests to be sent to us for inclusion in the final draft is 12pm on Sunday 9th March. Any requests received after then have no guarantee of being looked at.
If you have any requests for seating, then please email them in to seating@multiplay.co.uk, giving as much information as you can. Booking references can be especially helpful in getting your requests sorted quickly.
If you're coming as part of a clan, you can ensure you are sat together by choosing the same game area and clan abbreviation, e.g. everyone in the battlefield 1942 section with [MPUK] as their clan abbreviation will be sat together automatically. You can change you gaming section on the My Bookings page and you can change your clan tag on the My Details page. If you change your clan tag when you've already been placed on the plan, it's best to email seating@multiplay.co.uk to ensure we know you have changed.
To pay for your place and ensure you are included on the seating plan, you can **PAY ONLINE** or ring between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week on 023 8024 3137. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa debit both online and by phone. The earlier you get on the plan in this process, the best chance you have of getting seated with your clan, as we soon run out of "room to play with" on the plan as it fills up.
Not long to go now. Prepare yourselves for LAN ownage!
