Ok,
RSI, me thinks im suffering it in my typing hand...
I keep getting a pain in my index finger at the end joint, I spend a lot of time using keyboard etc and think it is related to this.
Whats a good way to recover from this.. hehe.
or, could it be something different...
And, why do i get the feeling there will be some right hand jokes creaping in lol. :p:

Speak to a doctor about it. (S)he's likely to be able to give you a better answer than anyone.

Well the first things you should get are wrist rests for both your keyboard and your mouse. It's probably easier to use your equipment with these anyway, less holding your arms in awkward positions. (Ok that sounded extremely sexual but I'm sure you're gonna blank it all out yeah ;) )

The only cure I believe is rest.

Having being diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome before, I agree with Say_Ten. Wrist wrests are well over-rated as I was using them when i got it and had proper posture and equipment positioning.
Hot baths take the pain away if it gets bad. Do hand exercises ie squeezing a stress ball for 20 mins a day. Works a treat.

sorry to laugh at your misfortune but i did think its funny to make a post about using your keyboard too much :D
i recon getting one of those stress balls and fiddleing them could help or there is probably some cream you can get

And you thought I got a Powerball so I could look stupid?
I don't need a Powerball for that. :) On the serious side, a Powerball is great for exercising your hands and wrists.
The only time I've ever had any RSI symptoms, I went and got gelpad keyboard and mouse wrist-rests. The problems disappeared literally overnight.

If you don't rest them the condition could become permanent and you'll be ****ed for life.

about a year ago I got pains in my wrists, I went to the doc and you know what he perscribed me?
one of those Koosh balls made of rubber bands!
apparently they can act on pressure points like acupuncture, gotta love the toy industry.
any way I play with the things constantly and I have never had a symptome since.
