You may or may not have noticed that for some reason ut2mod files are not correctly associated by windows, so here is how to get round it (for 2k users - it's probably very similar for everyone else)
Open an explorer window, go to tools, then folder options
Click the File Types tab
Click New
in File Extention, type ut2mod and click ok
now, highlight the ut2mod extention (at the top of the list hopefully) and click the Advanced button
Change type from FT000001 (or whatever) to UT2003 Module, and change the icon to the UT2003.exe icon
Under actions, click new
The action is open (or install, whatever really) and the Application used is the Setup.exe in the system folder of your ut2003 installation - the entire path should be edited to look like this: "C:\Program Files\Games\UT2003\System\Setup.exe" install "%1" obviously editing the exact path to match where your installation is
