Got an XBox for xmas and love it... but, if it's unplugged from the mains for more than 24 hours it needs the clock/date setting next time I switch it on. Is this normal or have I got one with a dud battery inside?

xbox = win win win
recently i've been playing my ps2 none stop (xbox hasnt been touched for a couple of weeks now :O )
this is because a friend gave my vice city, and i cannot get off it, it is soo good.
but its nothing compared to the xbox tbh, it doesnt feel "cutting edge" its just a very addictive game.
