I really want an Xbox... but there are still not enough games (imo) to make it worth buying, i mean this in terms of ones in development too....

I bought an Xbox magazine the other day to check if there were any new/upcomming games that took my fancy. But tbh the graphics didn't impress me. They didn't even look better than stuff i've seen for the PS2.

But with MS claim that they will pump $2 billion into the Xbox by 2005 then it does make you think that there will be more top notch titles.

Just when really? :)

There are almost 200 titles for the Xbox right now, so theres a fair few to choose from.

The magazine images never do games justice. Always best to play them if you can. So if you've got some friends with an xbox, or a HMV/Virgin, see if you can have a go.

Games like Splinter Cell, plays brilliantly, and give you more freedom, than games in the same vein, ie. Metal Gear.

Also Xbox Live is kick ass, and games such as Moto GP & Mechassult, really show it off, and I've heard Ghost Recon will really take advantage of the headset for the all important team work.

But if your really still not conviced, then fair enough, it's not gonna be everyones cup of tea after all

Splinter Cell is awesome, both to look at and play.
Magazine images couldn't do it justice, and like Jazza said no magazine's do as they usually mess with the image before putting it in the magazine.
If Microsoft do buy SEGA then expect some killer titles from that.
We can but hope the rumours for it are true.
