hopefully next summer a huge LAN event will be going on, im seeing if people are interested

would u come?

still in planning stages more news as it comes

No offence Hunter, but that's like saying "Hey, there's gonna be a new shop opening in town in a few years time, dunno what it's gonna sell yet, but it's gonna be good. Would you go there?"

By huge do you mean > 50? If so, I advise caution. Start small if this is your first event, make sure you know what you're doing power-wise, and don't expect to run everythign off of some hubs. GL though, once you have some more details, post in the "Advertisements / Other LANs" forum

Whilst I do wish you the best of luck in your event can i suggest three things?

1) keep it small if it's the first
2) Announce it only when you have the dates times and costs worked out
3) Announce it in the "Other LAN's" section!

yes brian you should practice what you preech! we knew about fbl6 ages before you even had details on the venue :)

But surely he would need to have some idea of attendance before booking the new venue? Pointless booking the new venue if only 5 people show up. I'm sure it was market research, right Brian?

thats the way we seem to do stuff not very bright but its never failed :p

That's bullcrap

We book the hall, and then we do A LOT of pimping to people. No offence FLiX, but you don't know half of what goes on behind the scenes at FBL, so please stop talking about it as if you help run it. You don't.

/me sits and giggles at Boff regarding an earlier conversation we once had that no one else on the forums will actually know about but it takes up room on the forums and it makes FBL look that little better than it actually is :D
