i've seen some sprays out there that are not the standard square format one i saw was a circle and another example was EEV in grafity. I take it this in done by making the part of the decal u want to be invisible into a colour that is invisible to HL ie 255 255 255 ???? maybe???

im no grafic's expert but my m8 is so ive tryed to get him some info from some webby but with know look, so im asking u highly intelegent and nice mpuk peeps :D

What do you mean by EEV in grafity?

I can point you to a friend of mines clansite with this (brief but basics) tutorial Here (http://www.ninja-association.co.uk/index.php?page=spray.htm)

taken from this site:
Your width and height must be divisible by 16, your width and height when multiplied can't be more than 10752

So thats the size issue...

I don't know myself about what you'd need to do for transparency but know it can be done.

A quick search on google will do the trick, i just had a quick scan over this (http://cs.helpandsupport.net/?aid=12)

Of course there are many sites where you can download ready made ones or if you want to edit those also.
