Amazing how breezeblocks are so popular, I think it's because they look nice and you can make stuff out of them.

So yah, breezeblocks are for me.

Breeze Block is a large light weight and cheap building brink used for building the un seable parts of the house eg: the garage.

Big and Grey in short.

/me clears throat

" A breezeblock is a cement block that has had course grit added to improve strengh as reduce weight, they are grey in colour"

although the are anything but light, there still ~20 kilos a piece.

now, Thermalite (http://bgc.com.au/bricks/whatis.htm) blocks are white and a lot lighter, there only ~5 kilos a piece. Not as strong, but easier to work with. Can be cut with a corse tooth handsaw.

Right since none of you are Mr. Elias, your answers are counted as being void.

Here is the correct definition of a breezeblock from the Official Mr. Elias™:

"Big grey solid thing. You can make houses and stuff out of them! Like a brick, but bigger, greyer, sexier and generally more aesthetically pleasing".

Bluey

I think you've found your calling in life John.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 13:53
Its a shame the avatars quite small really, isnt it?

You could stick your head on it and it'd be you on your avatar in a white suit, shakin' your booty.

That'd be cool :D

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 13:55
yeah i know but the max you can do is 50x50, maybe i'll mod myself onto one, one day.

hold on, no i'd have to look at myself FAR to much.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:00
Actually, thinking about it, it looks mint as it is.

I mean, everyone knows its John Travolta anyway, and you get to see all of his lithe, agile funky body, so dont change it.

Feckin well cool man. :)

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:02
Yes..........

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:05
What?

Just because i have a plastic bag on my head doesnt mean you have to treat me weird.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:07
I didnt notice the bag.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:19
Im dying my hair red with Henna. And if it leaks, it'll stain your skin for feckin weeks. So i have a plastic bag wrapped around my head and cream all the way along my hairline to stop the stuff staining me.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:20
But i think you'd look good as an umpa loompa.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:22
I dont think green hair'd really suit me.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:23
Of course it would! go now.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:25
Also, i'm not very good at thinking up rhymes that have an educational message in them.

Oh, and i'm not 3 foot tall.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:28
Your not? ;)

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:30
Yeah!

I'm just over 3 foot 2

Duh!

But seriously though...

They didnt have green Henna in the shop. Shame.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:31
I know, it could be a canny twist for the body shop.

"We're green, so is your hair"

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:36
:D!!

It's ****ing annoying sitting here wearing a bag on my head, caked in smelly cream stuff, a towel around my neck and smelling like mud.

It'll look mint when its done though :D

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:37

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:43

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:43
Because i dont want to.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:49
Why not?

i14 is going to own me. Ive been looking forward to this since like, March.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:50
Because its best if i just don't go.

Now lets say no more.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 14:52

Pilch misses Pilchard, and i told her she'd be seeing her sis at i14 but....

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 14:54

Mingtea

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:00
Well...

In all honesty John, i enjoy your company as a friend and it's going to be sad without you there. I'll tell Pilch to write Pilchard a letter.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:02
I know, a LAN just isnt a lan without me. ah well.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:05
Thats very true. You've been at every LAN ive ever been to John. What am i going to do without you?

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:08
Have a much better time you silly moo.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:10
Yeah, good point that.

Though, my first LAN, you gave me Haribo. So i'll be missing out there.

When am I and Pilch going to see you and Pilchard next then?

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:12
I'm going to Newcy sometime at the start of the new year, to stop with a friend when my bike is finished, so i'll pop by your work or something.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:16
One step closer to heaven baby, hold on, hold on to ma luuuuuurrrvin...

Lovely jubbly.

Hey, im now holding a weekly "vodka-sesh" with selected people who i deem leet enough to stay at my flat, you and your dude should pop over and try my famous vodka, grape, rasberry and apple juice drink.

Pilch loves the stop. She's a ****ing alcy now.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:17
No, its ok.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:18
Didnt think you would. I was just being polite.

I'm assuming after we swap Pilch and Pilchard in the new year, you'll never ever ever want to see me again? New year, new things.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:20
That's pretty much where im comming from.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:24
Yeah, i sort of assumed you'd want that.

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:26
k.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:30
No hard feelings until then though, right?

We've had a year of turmoil and sadness, but there was highlights in there that i'll never ever forget. Okay, it didnt work out, and we've lost touch, we;ve lost a friendship, but i'll never ever lose these memories. Im sorry for all the ****ness ive caused you, but we've both learnt from this year, and we've certainly grown because of it.

It was good. We've had a year together, and that was enough for us.

:)

Mingtea
21st October 2002, 15:33
I have hard feelings, but ah well.

I wish i could look back the way you do, but i guess you never saw it from my angle.

A year together yes, but im afraid i do see it a differant way to you.

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:35

I don't mean to interrupt this clichéd teen soap opera scene, but I didn't know you could get different coloured Hennas....

Can you? I'd be interested in some more colours than that earthy red

Ruth
21st October 2002, 15:55
I'm having to use henna coz im allergc to normal hairdye.

The BodyShop sells loads of colours, 3.75 a packet.

The stuff stinks though. I mean, fs, henna is just mud that stains. The first time i used it, my hair stank even though i washed it about 20 times with strawberry shampoo.

Cheez
21st October 2002, 15:58
I always thought henna was something they used for tattoos...

Ruth
21st October 2002, 16:01
Its exactly the same stuff.

The stuff in a packet from the bodyshop is powder. Mud. And you put it in a box and add hot water, musg it arund, then wearing plastic gloves and wrapping yourself up in a towel, you cake your hair in the stuff.

It stains your hair. And anything it touches. Which is why i have a plastic bag on my head. :)

Steadders
21st October 2002, 16:06
so its like tattoing your hair?

Ruth
21st October 2002, 16:10
Yes. But not.

Steadders
21st October 2002, 16:27
you could have pictures and everything!

obviously not on every individual strand, that would be just stupid, but you could tattoo a part of you hair using different colours, eh? eh?

Cheez
21st October 2002, 16:29
you mean like having hilights?

Steadders
21st October 2002, 17:51
no, no, no.

like pictures, like real tattoos, but in your hair!
