However, I have just spoken with a member of the sales team who assures me that the game will be on sale everywhere by Monday at the very latest. That should include Europe, too.

The only distributor for UT2k3 in the UK doesn't get their stock until Monday. We won't get it until Tuesday, so it might not ship until Wednesday if it's a late delivery on Tuesday (and we miss the post to send them out). You should get the games on Wednesday/Thursday, Royal Mail permitting.
