Decent Servers?

anyone know any servers for the demo that are half decent? im fed up with the laggy crap that i can find. Ive also been kicked from one! some gimp killed me - ii was waiting for a lift on the carrier, till i couyld 'chute and get a tank, some retard decided to practise his sniping on me, twice. Then he tried agin, this time he died, but it turns out he was the admin and kicked me!?

Any serfvers like the MPUK one was? it was excellent, i had pings of 200-300 costantly, there were no gimps, and no wierdo admin people
