Gamecube or Xbox?

Ok I cannot decide, so i'll put it to a vote...

I've currently got a GC, but should I sell it/ Trade it for a xbox ???

My vote is always gonna be with the XBox I'm afraid, although I probably will buy a Game Cube when more games I want come out and thats if they don't go over to the XBox.
Like Super Monkey Ball (the only game I want on GC) has already started being ported to PS2 so I think it'll be a multi platform game in the end.

It would be better to have both if possible.
But if you own a PS2 THEN you sell that because the XBox deserves to be kept away from inferior machineslike the PS2 :p:

Tsunami, its a really hard choice. mainly because the types of games that are being released for each are really different.

We ('we' as in xbox owners) are in a similar situation, because games are lacking on the xbox at the moment. Aside from the brilliant Halo, DoA3, Rallysport Challenge that we have, there isn't really too much else to be fussed about. But there are some great games on the way; Splinter Cell (seriously, this game looks amazing if you like sneak-e-ups), Project Ego, Halo 2 etc.

But then Nintendo always have a habbit of pulling an absolute corker out of the bag, they've always done it! Resident Evil is due out very soon (tomorrow i think), so i would be loathed to get rid of it.

I remember owning and selling a snes about 3 times over the years, and each time i've regretted it.

I have an xbox and a PS2, i've also played the GC and i love them all. My advice would be to keep the GC for the moment and see what happens with the xbox. Although i think the xbox is worth having, you may not have the same taste in games as i do. Buy Resident Evil and enjoy that (the PSX original was amazing)! Then just wait and see what happens. :)


On an unrelated note - Dwarf pr0n. I'm sick of this senseless PS2 bashing, your obviously sorely lacking in eyesight and sense to be able to see that the PS2 is a great machine WITH great games. - please stop it :)

We're interested in the games, not the console fanboys. :p: :)
