Microsoft have finally bundled the various post-SP3 fixes together with everything they fixed before SP3, and creatively named the result Service Pack 4. It's now available for download from the Microsoft Download Site or through Windows Update.

The main points are support for USB 2.0 controllers enabling them to operate at 480Mbps, and IEEE 802.1x authentication protocol support.

As usual, it's available in both the Express Install (where you download and run the setup program which only grabs the files you need) and Network Install which contains all the files for Professional, Server, Advanced Server, Datacenter Server and Small Business Server.
