Pipex have been having problems, but i have to say that they had me up and running with adsl within 5 days which included a weekend. The aftersales service is not too hot and nor is getting though to the technical line.

and there news servers are a bit pants :( wish I could get NTL, they were good, well the news server anyways ;)

Their NNTP server is better than NTL's... and most certainly better than bt's :)

I personally have never had a problem with them. i have never had a connection problem and had adsl activated on time. I havent tried to contact their tech support but it has to be easier than NTL even if people say there are problems.
