Magic The Gathering at Insomnia

Were delighted to announce that we will be having a dedicated area for Magic: The Gathering at this spring’s Insomnia 48!

For those of you ‘Gather-Curious’ or unfamiliar with the game, but wanting to dip your toes in for the first time at Insomnia 48, the best way to learn the game is Duels of the Planeswalkers (available on Steam for PC, XBOX Live and iPad). This is an excellent introduction to the game at your own pace, and will have you prepared for live play at Telford.

Thanks to the guys at Manaleak, we will be running multiple events during the weekend, including an event especially for new players. In this event you can get help and advice on getting started from Joe Fletcher and Jonathan Randle, both players with Pro Tour experience.

Booster Draft Events will cost £12, and the sealed deck event for newer players will cost £22, this includes 6 booster packs, plus 2 x booster packs towards the prize pool per player.
